For AORBIS business, we are looking for an experienced SW Product Owner/Manager to lead vision of our internal web application capturing Procurement Business Workflow and developed using PHP/Angular/MySQL/CI + AI/ML.

Position: Product Owner / Manager

Location: Work from Office, Ahmedabad (S G Highway, Makarba)

Timings: 1pm to 10pm – Monday through Friday

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Software Product Development / Management

Education: BE/B Tech in CE, MCA, Software Engineering, Application Programming or relevant

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Defining and executing a vision for a product
  • Aligning software development team and internal stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap – short-term deliverables and long-term innovation.
  • Integrating AI/ML into the application/product
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies

2) Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather & understand requirements, translate into actionable user stories.
  • Own prioritizing product features and capabilities – based on business value and technical feasibility
  • Owns team backlog and fulfillment work
  • Involved in day-to-day activities

3) Product Delivery:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Defining and analyzing product metrics and analytics
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure on-time delivery.

4) Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Technology Stack of Application:

– Angular / MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)

– AI/ML components
