We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and brand visibility through full-stack digital marketing, especially in the B2B space with exposure to the USA market. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role focused on managing marketing funnels, lead generation campaigns, analytics, and marketing automation tools to support our business objectives

Job Location:

  • Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:

  • 2PM to 11PM-Monday to Friday
  • Work from office

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team and manage operations to ensure revenue growth and enhance brand visibility in the USA market.
  • Design and execute inbound and outbound campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Build and monitor marketing funnels, lead generation strategies, and automation systems.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Organize and manage online/offline events and campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, refining strategies based on insights.
  • Keep up with digital trends and adopt innovations that drive measurable growth.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing funnels, lead generation, campaign management.
  • Proficiency in analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience handling events (webinars, virtual summits, etc.).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Any graduate with Digital Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.)
  • MBA in Brand Strategy/Digital Marketing or equivalent real-world success stories in similar domains.
  • Experience working with global B2B clients, especially in engineering or architecture sectors.
